Attempted Murder (April 16, 2008) Bronx County, New York. Attempted murder and 8 lesser charges, a Bronx man faced up to 25 years in state prison. Instead, he received a plea bargain reduced to 3rd degree misdemeanor with no jail time and 3 years probation.
